As we re昀氀ect on 2024, I am proud to celebrate the ways that Bergmeyer
has continued to practice as a design collaborative rooted in purpose.
Our focus on equity, inclusivity, sustainability, and civic engagement in
our work and business practice is central to Bergmeyer’s culture and
core values, whether through our design e昀昀orts, the professional and
civic commitments of our team, our scholarship programs, and our
charitable giving.
I am especially pleased to announce that in 2024, Bergmeyer became
both a Massachusetts Bene昀椀t Corporation and a Certi昀椀ed B Corp.
Bergmeyer’s third annual Corporate Social Responsibility Report
describes these signi昀椀cant steps we are taking in committing our
business to be a force for good in the world. The report also describes
what we accomplished in 2024 as we use the resources of our
organization to enrich and strengthen our communities, to support
organizations that advance equity and social justice, to help mitigate and
adapt to the climate crisis, and to create opportunities for young people
to explore careers in design.
We hope that you 昀椀nd inspiration in the stories within this report,
