In 2025, Bergmeyer made meaningful
updates to our policies and processes,
including an expanded Sustainability Action
Plan (covering both Material Transparency
and Climate Action) and a formalized Pro
Bono program. These e昀昀orts strengthened
how we track and focus our impact as a
Certi昀椀ed B Corp.

We also continued to invest in the wellbeing of our team through new and updated
policies aligned with our mission and values,
including increased bereavement time, a
dog-friendly policy in our LA o昀케ce, summer
hours, and a new employee anniversary
recognition program.
As we continue to re昀椀ne our approach and
prepare for recerti昀椀cation in 2027 under
the new B Lab standards, our work in 2026
will focus on further strengthening both our
internal practices and our broader social
and environmental impacts.
