Increasing engagement, health, and well-being for
our Boston sta昀昀 by benchmarking environmental
performance in our Boston o昀케ce
Further increasing health and well-being for our

In addition to extending our lease in our Boston o昀케ce,
we have signed on to our landlord’s (Nan Fung Life
Sciences Real Estate) SEWIT (Social, Environment,
Wellness, Innovation, Technology) framework
sustainability pledge for our building, and we will be
partnering in support of activities with the local
Condon Community Center for youth.
Engaging with our landlord’s Community, Health, and
Well-Being initiatives including collaborations on STEM/
STEAM events and the installation of a food waste
digester in our Boston o昀케ce kitchen.
Setting Baselines and Reduction Targets for Carbon
Emissions and Material Transparency

Setting a baseline and then increasing the speci昀椀cation
of Red List-free, high recycled content, locally sourced
and recycled materials materials and systems, especially
in the construction of our new gener neutral bath/shower
room and o昀케ce-wide acoustical, lighting, and greenery
upgrades, and carrying those standards as far as
possible into our project work.
To build stronger connections with diverse suppliers
and consultants, we will prioritize companies owned
and operated by underrepresented or marginalized
groups when performing in-house project work, as
well as purchasing and procurement arrangements

Solidifying baseline data and creating a roadmap to
reduce both our company’s overall energy use and
atmospheric carbon contributions, speci昀椀cally by
reducing GHG (greenhouse gas) Scope 1, 2, and 3
emissions.

Implementing the full design-services Pro Bono RFP
and application process
Continuing the spirit of professional generosity in
the communities we serve, we will develop a formal
pro bono application policy and procedures

Pro bono policies and procedures are complete, and the
昀椀rst project is underway.
We continue to build our diverse supplier network,
building deeper connections in the B Corp and
B Corp-aligned network of businesses in our
communities, including for our events, materials,
and vendors.
