As we re昀氀ect on 2025, I am proud to celebrate Bergmeyer’s 昀椀rst
full year as a Certi昀椀ed B Corp. This fourth annual Impact Report
(formerly our Corporate Social Responsibility Report) details the
progress we have made as we continue to evolve our Design
Collaborative and demonstrate what it means for a business to
lead with meaningful social and environmental commitments.
It highlights the ways we applied our resources this year to
enrich and strengthen our communities, support organizations
advancing equity and social justice, help mitigate and adapt to
the climate crisis, and create opportunities for young people to
explore careers in design.
Bergmeyer continues to grow as a purpose-driven Design
Collaborative, de昀椀ned by the values, priorities, and commitments
that guide our work. As we deepen our focus on transparency,
accountability, and positive impact, we strive to model what a
socially responsible and environmentally conscious design 昀椀rm
can be. We hope that you 昀椀nd inspiration in this report as we
continue to boldly engage with the world through civic leadership
and through thoughtful, creative, and inclusive design practices.
