Introduction
From the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility
As we mark the signi昀椀cant milestone of our 昀椀rst year as a Certi昀椀ed B Corp, Bergmeyer
is ever more committed to the theory of change that sits at the heart of the B Corp
movement: that all stakeholders are valued and prioritized. This theory of change
envisions a world where business is a force for good, and plays a leading role in
positively impacting and transforming the global economy into a more inclusive,
equitable, and regenerative system.
Creating Opportunities – Bergmeyer’s approach to education, training, and
scholarship programs meets B Corp standards in Purpose & Stakeholder Governance
The most signi昀椀cant B Corp development in 2025 was the release of a new set of
Impact Area requirements against which Bergmeyer will be evaluated when we seek
to recertify in 2027. These new impact areas evolved organically from the older
standards in order to address the globally changing nature of business’s approach to
social and environmental commitments.
Supporting Organizations – we are committed to a culture of volunteerism and
charitable giving, which strengthens our work in the B Corp Fair Work and Justice,
Equity, Diversity and Inclusion impact areas
As is our tradition, Bergmeyer reports annually on the impacts from our social
and environmental commitments, and for the 昀椀rst time this year these impacts
are tied to the new (as of 2025) B Lab Impact Areas, or BIAs. In this report you will
昀椀nd speci昀椀c data and information about the continuing evolution of our Design
Collaborative and how the new Impact Area requirements are informed by
our four core mission objectives:

Climate Action and Environmental Stewardship & Circularity impact area
Bergmeyer’s social and environmental commitments are wide-ranging and ambitious,
and we are proud to share in this Impact Report the progress we have made in this
昀椀rst year as a B Corp.
