PROJECT IMPACT DATA AS OF Q4 2025
In 2025 Bergmeyer had 485 active projects located
across 44 US States and Territories.
Bergmeyer reported around 100 projects to the AIA
2030 Net Zero Commitment Design Data Exchange
database, with interior projects achieving an average
Lighting Power Density savings of 41% over baseline
targets, which is more than 16% higher than the
2030 target of 25% and 4% higher than our
reported data in 2024.
In 2025 nearly 15% of Bergmeyer's completed
projects were located in low or moderate-income
neighborhoods according to FFIEC (Federal Financial
Institutions Examination Council) regulatory criteria.
Bergmeyer reported 6 projects from di昀昀erent
practice areas to the AIA Materials Transparency
Database across the 昀椀ve Common Material
Framework areas of focus: Human Health, Climate
Health, Ecosystem Health, Social Health & Equity,
and Circular Economy.
